Skid Indexer:

Portable skid indexers are available with capacities up to 10,000 pounds. Indexers are custom designed to ergonomically assist operators in unloading a stamping press. The indexer lowers as the skid is loaded, then rotates 180 degrees when the skid is full. The operator is presented with an empty skid and the full skid can easily be removed via forklift.

Features:

	The framework consists of heavy structural and plate steel.
	SEW Eurodrive gearmotors, with variable frequency controllers, are used to control the 180 degree rotation speed.
	The indexer uses an onboard PLC with foot pedal controls to free the operator's hands.
	Quality commercial components are used, including PCI cam followers and Nook screw jacks.
