Cross-Bay Transfer Car:
Cross-bay transfer cars are available with capacities up to
250,000 pounds. Each transfer car is custom designed to accommodate the
customer's specific product(s).

Features:
 | Transfer cars are made of heavy structural and plate steel.

| A Demag wheelblock system, with a centrally mounted
drive, is used to eliminate any chains or belts.

| Onboard electrics include a variable frequency drive to
control the traverse speed.

| 180 degree safety laser scanners are supplied on all
automatic transfer cars.

| Quality commercial components are used, including Gleason
reels. |
Options:
| Four wheel drive is available for unbalanced loads.
|
| Hydraulic operation, with an onboard engine, is available
to eliminate cable or hose reels.

| An onboard generator is available which provides a clean,
electrical alternative to the hydraulic, engine powered car.
