PoMaCon's 2006-2007 Building Expansion

It is a noteworthy day in the life of a business when it is realized that a larger facility is required.  Whether more elbow room is needed in the office, or production needs to expand, it is a sign of a growing business.

PoMaCon, Inc. reached this milestone in late 2005.  Finished equipment was being stacked from floor to ceiling, in aisle ways, anywhere it would fit to make room for the next project.  Often, if a customer couldn't take immediate delivery, their equipment had to be sent to an off-site storage facility.  With the increasing volume of equipment that PoMaCon had been producing during the past few years, and the projected volume for 2006 and 2007, it was clear that more floor space was needed.

In September of 2006, the woods behind PoMaCon were cleared and ground was broken for a 10,000 square foot building expansion.  The expansion would include a third overhead crane and a state of the art 20' x 35' paint booth.  The new expansion, completed in February of 2007, doubled PoMaCon's floor space and was quick to be utilized.
